Membership is open to the local community!
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, attends school, worships or volunteers in the Counties of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, and the City of Richmond. Membership is also extended to immediate family members and housemates of eligible individuals, even if that individual is not a member.
Once a member always a member, even if you move or change jobs!
Joining is Easy!
1. Stop by one of our four Member Centers to join.
2. Join by mail by simply completing and signing the Membership Application. Be sure to get the application notarized. Then mail the completed Membership Application along with a minimum of $5.00 (check or money order) to:

You will receive a confirmation by mail within a few days.
Important information about procedures for opening a new account: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you:
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
