Did you know that if you are between the ages of 13-17 you are automatically included in our T-Users Club? This club is designed to encourage you to make smart financial decisions. In addition, we reward you for using Argent Credit Unions products and services.

To ensure that you receive yoru quarterly T-User reward notifications, make sure we have your email address. Simply email T-UsersRewards@ArgentCU.org with your full name and email address so we can have the most current and up-to-date information in our system. Or give us a call at 804.748.9488, ext. 3366 and we’ll update your information over the phone.

Annual Meeting

We hope you make plans to join us for our 56th Annual Meeting which is scheduled for Monday, May 7th. The meeting will be held at our Operations Center, 11651 Alliance Circle in Chester Virginia. There is no cost to attend and all members are welcome. The meeting will get underway at 6:30 p.m. and afterwards light refreshments will be served. So please mark your calendars. We look forward to seeing you there.

Be sure to stop by and visit us at the VCU men’s basketbal game against George Mason on February 25th. We’ll also be passing out terrible towels at the game. As you know everyone in Richmond is nuts about the Flying Squirrels and so are we! That’s why we’ll have a huge presence in the outfield all season long and you can expect to see us hanging out at the game on a regular basis with Nutzy.

Federal Benefit Payments are Going Electronic

The U.S. Department of the Treasury announced in December 2010 that all federal benefit and non-tax payments will be paid electronically. Everyone now applying for federal benefits will receive their payments electronically. People who already receive federal benefits by paper check must make the switch to direct deposit or to the Direct Express Debit MasterCard card by March 1, 2013. If you receive federal benefits, now would be the time to switch to direct deposit if you are not already signed up. Visit our Direct Deposit page to learn how.
