Receive real-time alerts whenever your card is used, when a transaction is declined, or if a purchase exceeds a set threshold.

Establish limits and control specific transaction types, such as gas, travel, restaurants, or groceries, to help with budgeting or oversight.
Location-Based Transaction Controls
The “My Location” feature restricts card use to merchants within a geographic range, based on your phone’s GPS.

How long does the mobile app stay logged in if you don’t log out?
The app automatically logs users off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
How will names appear on the card within the app?
Names are displayed as last name followed by first name (e.g., Smith John).
Can I block all international transactions?
Yes. International transactions can be blocked using the “International” location control, limiting transactions to the United States.
How long does it take for a control or alert setting to take effect?
Control settings take effect as soon as the “Updating Information” message in the app disappears.
Does the CardValet app show recent card transaction history?
Yes. The app displays the last 30 card-based transactions posted within the past 15 days.
What type of transactions display in CardValet?
CardValetTM shows only transactions performed with the card, including ATM withdrawals. Transactions made without the card, such as teller transactions or bill payments, will not appear.
