Where are the theme park ticket prices on the website?

Ticket prices are not displayed on our website.  Discounted Theme Park tickets are located in Home Banking, under Additional Services. There you will find the prices.

How do I change my password?

You will need to contact Member Services at 804.748.9488, option 2 or 1.800.943.3328, option 2. They can reactivate the system since you remembered your password or if you’d like a new password, they can mail you one. If you live locally and needed a new password, you could go to any member center and receive a new one.

How do I order a new Check Card?

To order a Check Card, you must fill out an application that can be acquired by visiting one of our Member Centers, calling us at 804.748.9488 or 1.800.943.3328 or by simply downloading the application from our website.

Can I open a checking account online?

If you already have a membership account with Argent, you can open a checking account through your home banking session. It’s quick and easy!

How do I change the PIN on my Check Card?

For your convenience, you can change your PIN at any Argent owned ATM. You must enter your current PIN and be authenticated in order to change it to your new PIN of choice. You can also contact the credit union or stop by a Member Center and request to have your PIN changed.

How can I submit a change of address?

Simply log into home banking and click the My Settings button at the top of the page to change your address.  You can also call us at 804.748.9488, option 2 for help over the phone.

Do you offer notary services?

Yes, the credit union does offer free notary services at each of our Member Centers.

When making a purchase from my Credit Union account online through PayPal, what number do I use at the end to make sure that it comes from the checking and not the savings account?

Use the six digit account number on the bottom of your check, along with the digit that follows your six digit account number. It’s the last number before your check number appears.

What is the daily maximum withdrawal from an ATM?

The daily maximum withdrawal allowed from an ATM is $500.00.
