We are here to serve you! For your convenience, you can schedule an appointment for Member and Loan services. Face coverings are strongly recommended when visiting Argent.
Appointment times are:
- Monday-Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday at our Chester and Oxbridge branches between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Unless help is needed to conduct your business, please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.
For same-day appointments, please schedule at least one hour in advance. Saturday appointments must be made by 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
Making an appointment is easy and can be done using your computer, laptop, tablet or other mobile device. You can make an appointment to:
- Become a member
- Add an account
- Apply for a loan
- Get assistance with online or mobile banking
- Make changes to your account

Since the safety of our members’ and staff remain our top priority, please note that we are limiting the number of appointments to one per hour per branch. This will ensure we are maintaining an adequate amount of social distancing.
Please make every effort to be on time for all appointments or they may need to be rescheduled.

Can I use my mobile device to make an appointment?
Can I make a same day appointment?
Yes, same-day appointments are available, excluding Saturdays. Appointments on Saturday must be booked at least one day in advance, and before 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, please schedule at least one hour in advance of your appointment. Please note that all appointment requests made online are considered pending until you receive a confirmation email from the credit union.
How far in advance can I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made as far in advance as deemed necessary. If you are booking for the same day, please schedule at least one hour in advance of your appointment.
Can I call for an appointment?

Can I make an appointment with a specific Argent Team Member?
No. At this time, branch staff are working various schedules and possibly at different locations while we remain closed. Requesting a specific representative is not currently possible.
How will I receive confirmation of my appointment?
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment time within one hour of your request.
How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. For the safety and health of staff and our members, we are limiting the number of people allowed in a branch so we must adhere to all scheduled appointments.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Is there a cost if I need to cancel my appointment?
No, there is no cancellation fee.
Does making an appointment mean I will not have to wait?
Appointments are being made to control the number of people in the branch during the COVID-19 Crisis. If a member is scheduled ahead of an appointment, we will do our very best to wrap up their transaction so that appointment schedules remain on time. As with any retail appointment, timing can fluctuate, depending on the member’s arrival and their personal needs.
